 Quality Systems
PRETTY Inc. strictly puts up with the strong fundamentals of ISO-9001: 2000 Quality Management Systems. A well laid out Systems and Procedures are emulated for the implementation of the activities to zero any chances of irregularity in the management. Processes concerned with the organization are established, documented and employed as indicated by our certified strategy.

The course of actions, development and evolution of the activities are regularly monitored and evaluated both by us and by external bodies. Proper counteractive steps in case of a weak link are taken for the smooth functioning of the entire process. 

A customary assessment of the functioning is practiced for vendors, staff and the firm based on various statistical analyses.

  • Factors such as Shipment Quality, Delivery, Sampling, and Development & Commitments are considered in a statistical manner for vendor evaluation.
  • Merchandisers and Documentation Officers are assessed by the customers, vendors, senior staff members including colleagues and subordinates.
  • Finally the customer, vendors & the staff review the proceedings of PRETTY Inc. as a whole.
  • The defined and measurable method helps Q Source aim at higher objectives and create a work environment which promotes initiative, innovation and teamwork.


  Monitoring & Sampling

Sample Approval
The required design can be the one given by the customer, or one chosen from the vendor listings. In the latter case, the vendor further creates three counter samples. These samples can be from the production lest there is no added change in the design or from the pre-production, in case the customer has recommended specific changes. One from these samples is sent to the customer for approval, upon which the remaining two pieces are signed and one is returned to the vendor and the other is retained at PRETTY Inc.. Further process of production and monitoring is done on the basis of these two Master Samples. The required design can be the one given by the customer, or one chosen from the vendor listings.   3-step Inspection Process 
The First stage monitors the attributes such as design, weight, dimension, material and quality of produced/semi-finished goods.

The Second stage enters in to a detailed aspect of inspection, where the final product is verified to meet standards along with its packing material. Modification if required is carried out appropriately before moving ahead in the process. About 10-15% of the merchandize gets involved in this stage, which on approval moves out for the final carton packing.

The Third stage is the final one in which the documents for the shipment are ready and the goods finally packed in cartons are randomly checked for parameters such as final packed quality compared with The Master Sample, packing specifications and shipping documents. If the packed good match exactly with the Master Sample, the packing is sealed firmly and signed by the merchandiser. An Inspection/Carton Sealing Sheet is maintained to record the entire proceeding.

  Containerization
A Containerization sheet is maintained while loading the approved container of the merchandize. Aspects of packaging like checking whether the carton seals are intact; packages are in a seafaring state and the counting is as stated by the Invoice and Packing List are cross checked.
Leaving no stones unturned, relevant follow-up is carried out with the Shipping/Air Lines to ascertain an earliest possible Transit schedule.
